    I'm Dr. Aguirre and I am your Spanish Instructor for the 2019-2020 school year. I am excited to be your teacher and to be part of the Channelview ISD family. 

    In the past, I have taught elementary, middle school, high school as well as college. The bulk of my high school teaching experience was in St. Louis, MO, which is my home. I have lived in Houston, Texas since 2008. During my leisure times, I spend time reading, writing and taking long walks with my German Shepherd (Dasher).

    I will teach Spanish I and it is my hope that I can share with you my enthusiasm about the world of the Spanish language. This year will be fun, motivating and engaging.  I look forward to facilitating spectacular lessons!
