Dear Crenshaw Students and Parents,
I am thinking of you and your family and hope you are all doing well. I am here to support you during this unique time. I am available by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm if you have any questions or concerns. Please monitor our campus website and campus Facebook as I will be uploading counseling support information to help get you through this unique time in our lives.
Here are some tips to help relieve any stress:
- Take time to take care of yourself (Read a book, stretch or meditate, 10-15 minute walk)
- Keep things in perspective (set limits to social media, get the facts from reputable sources)
- Keep a routine (wake up and go to bed at the same time each day)
- Keep healthy (drink water, get some exercise and enough sleep)
