Good morning students and teachers!  Please stand for the pledges.

"I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America,

and to the Republic for which it stands,

one Nation under God, indivisible,

with liberty and justice for all."

“Honor the Texas flag:

I pledge allegiance to thee,

one state under God,

one and indivisible.”

Please pause for a moment of silence.

Thank you.  You may be seated.

Welcome to Endeavor High School where we are Focusing Our Commitment to Unlimited Success.

This is day 58 of school.

There are 114 school days remaining.

Today is Veterans Day.  We would like to thank Mr. Mau and Mr. Rogers for their past service to our country.  Mr. Mau is a veteran of the Navy and Mr. Rogers was in the Army. Thank you again gentlemen for your service.

Students, the computer lab is available to you every morning by 7:45 in room 141.  If ever the room is locked, contact Mr. Sims and he will locate an area for you to work on a computer.

The computer lab is open after school on Tuesdays until 5:00 pm.  If you need math tutoring or need to work on Edgenuity, be sure to see Mrs. Hines every Tuesday afternoon.

Saturday computer lab will be open this weekend from 9-1.  Enter exterior door 6 to go the lab in Mr. Mau’s room.

Students if you have not done so already, please complete your MD Anderson Aspire program as soon as possible, the deadline is Dec 3rd. Once you have completed the program please share your certificate with Mrs. Perez so that she can print it for you. Make sure that you show your certificate to all of your teachers because they are offering incentives. Plus you get a free snack from the cart.  We have met the 80% requirement for a pizza party! However, only those who have completed the program will be eligible to attend the party. The date of the party will be announced later.

On Thursday, November 14, 2019 there will be a Texas Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers College Night held at Channelview High School from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. It is open to everyone in the community. There will be technical colleges, universities, and other colleges from around the state of Texas and Louisiana there, along with the armed forces. Again, this will be this Thursday at Channelview High School from 6:30 - 8:00.  There is also a poster in the hallway with a list of some of the universities that will be there.

That’s all the announcements for today students and teachers.  Have a great day!
