Hello there! I'm Ms. Burkhart and I am the Junior High Science Instructional Coach/Support Teacher for Channelview ISD!

I am a graduate of Texas Christian University, Go Frogs!, a graduate of Boston University, Go Terriers!, and a graduate of Lamar University, Go Cardinals!

I have always been an academic nerd. I love learning from and teaching people, no matter their age.

I began my love of teaching overseas (Belgium, Ireland, England, Spain, and China) but wanted to come back home to be closer to my family. I am starting my ninth year at Aguirre (five teaching science and four as an instructional coach/support teacher) and I'm glad it's with you!
