6th Grade Assistant Principal- Amanda Sanchez-Loa
As the 6th Grade Assistant Principal of Alice Johnson Junior High, I am honored to serve a campus and community dedicated to excellence, success, and student growth. I have proudly served as an educator in Channelview ISD for the past 13 years, where I’ve gained experience as a bilingual classroom teacher, instructional leader, and advocate for student success.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction - Math from the University of Texas at Arlington.
My goal is to foster a culture where all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I am committed to working alongside teachers, families, and staff to ensure our students are equipped with the skills, confidence, and character needed for lifelong success.
I am grateful for the opportunity to lead and support the dedicated educators and incredible students at Alice Johnson Junior High. Together, we will continue to build a positive and empowering school culture that prepares every student for the future.
