My name is Adrianne Gilbert. This is my 7th year teaching. I went to University of Houston- Clear Lake, where I graduated with my Elementary Education. When I’m not in the classroom, I love spending time with my family, shopping, watching movies, playing with my dog and getting lost in a good book!

I’m excited to get to know my new students and their families. I believe that when teachers and families work together, amazing things can happen. My goal is to always create a classroom that feels welcoming, fun, and supportive: a place where everyone can learn and grow academically.

I believe every child is capable of learning, growing, and achieving success when they are given the right support, encouragement, and opportunities. My classroom is a safe and welcoming space where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to take risks in their learning. I value building strong relationships with my students and their families, as trust and collaboration are essential for student growth. I believe in celebrating effort as much as achievement, helping students recognize that mistakes are part of learning, and encouraging them to persevere.
