Hello my fellow bobcats, my name is  Ms. Valencia Scroggins and I am going to be your 5th grade Science teacher. I am a graduate of Prairie View A&M University where I received my degree in Education. I have been teaching for sixteen years in the areas of Pre-K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th. My experience includes Direct Instruction as well as the Montessori Concept and many hours as a Master Technology teacher.. I have three wonderful teenage kids, all were students of the Channelview Independent School District.

This summer try to explore science concepts; take a trip to the zoo, museums, or even the beach, you would notice science is everywhere.
