Hello and welcome! My name is Ms. Jones and I am passionate about guiding students as they learn, grow, and discover their unique potential. I graduated from the University of Houston–Downtown with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating in Early Childhood through 6th grade. I am also certified in Family and Consumer Sciences for grades 6–12, which allows me to help students develop meaningful life and career skills.

I spent nine wonderful years teaching 1st and 4th grade, where I focused on building strong academic foundations and fostering a lifelong love for learning. For the past three years, I have had the privilege of teaching at the high school level, where I continue to connect classroom lessons to real-world applications that prepare students for success beyond graduation.

Teaching is more than a profession to me, it is a calling rooted in service, compassion, and purpose. I am especially excited to be part of the public service pathway, where students can explore ways to make a positive impact in their communities through leadership, empathy, and dedication.

Every day, my goal is to create a classroom environment that is welcoming, engaging, and inspiring, where students feel valued, supported, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
