Welcome to Hamblen Elementary School Clinic

Hamblen's clinic can treat minor injuries, administer medication, and give first aid in emergency situations.

Please be aware:

• The newly passed state law requires parental permission for your child to be seen, so please make sure you have filled out the permission to treat/be seen form that was sent home with students. If you need a form, contact the Hamblen office and we will get one to you.

• Students are prohibited from carrying medications, even over the counter ones, on school property. If your child has medications that need to be administered during the school day, they will need to be turned into the office with proper documentation (a parent or doctor note) telling when and how much to administer.

• All medications should be in their original packaging.
