I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I received an associate's degree in Teaching EC-6 from San Jacinto Community College. I continued my education and graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
This will be my fifth year as an educator. I have previously taught 5th grade math, science, reading, and social studies. I am excited to be teaching math and science again this year!
