Hi everyone! My name is Coach Andrew Alpough. I am excited to be your Physical Education teacher this year. I have always enjoyed staying active, training athletes, and trying new sports. Through my passion, I want to help you discover activities that you enjoy and can carry with you for life.

I graduated from University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, and I am currently in my 8th year as a Teacher/Coach. Outside of school, I enjoy everything sports related, being in nature, working out, and spending time with family. How can I forget, FOOD!!!

In PE, my goal is to make sure everyone learns new skills, improves their fitness, and most importantly, has, have fun while doing it. I believe teamwork, effort, and a positive attitude are just as important as athletic ability.

I am looking forward to meeting everyone this school year. Let's see how much we can grow together. Remember every day in PE is a chance to get better, try something new, and enjoy moving!
