Welcome, Bulldog Parents and Students! 

My name is Mrs. Muñoz and I teach 8th grade Professional Communications at Anthony Aguirre Junior High School in classroom 827. 

I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and minor in Health Communications at Texas State University before acquiring my alternative teaching certification in Speech (7-12).

My passion and interest in teaching communications developed throughout my experience working in an extensive variety of communication based positions, such as a Digital Engagement Coordinator and a Social Media Content Creator. I quickly discovered the vast importance of critical speaking, writing and listening, and how each of these skills directly impact the ability to effectively communicate and establish connections. 

I am very excited about getting to know all of my students, as well as their parents, and I look forward to a great school year!
