Welcome to 6th grade!! My name is Clodette Serieux-Philemon, your child's Math teacher for this school year. I am originally from St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands, and a proud Prairie View A&M University (Go Panthers!) graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I also earned my Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Lamar University (Go Cardinals!).
I am deeply passionate about helping every student find success in mathematics. My classroom is a place where students are encouraged to think critically, ask questions, and grow with confidence. I believe all students can excel in math when they are supported in an environment that is positive, engaging, and conducive to learning.
