I have been working in education for 14 years, and I am proud to be entering my 9th year with Channelview ISD. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and my Master’s degree in School Counseling from Prairie View A&M University.

As your school counselor, I am dedicated to serving our students, families, and school community. I believe every student has the ability to learn, grow, and thrive when they are surrounded by a loving, supportive, and encouraging environment.

I chose to become an elementary school counselor because I believe in the power of early support and encouragement. My goal is to help students develop the skills they need to navigate challenges, build positive relationships, understand their emotions, and reach their full potential.

I work with students through individual counseling, small groups, and classroom guidance lessons, while also partnering with families and staff to support the whole child.
