Welcome! My name is Mrs. Watts, and I am thrilled to be teaching First grade at Harvey Brown Elementary this year. This is my second year teaching and my 21st year in Channelview I.S.D. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from University of Houston Clear Lake.
