Participating in the CISD LEAP Program offers a range of valuable benefits designed to advance your career and enhance your leadership skills. Upon completing each pathway, participants are entered into a pool of applicants for future opportunities, increasing their visibility and chances for advancement within the district. The program provides rich field experiences that facilitate hands-on learning and exposure to various aspects of educational leadership, allowing participants to apply their skills in real-world settings. Additionally, the LEAP Program fosters the creation of lasting professional relationships, enabling participants to build a network of peers and mentors who can offer support, guidance, and collaboration throughout their careers.
