I was born and raised right here in Houston, Texas! I received my Associate’s Degree in Teaching EC-6 from San Jacinto Community College and continued my education at the University of Houston-Downtown, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
This will be my sixth year as an educator, and I have had the opportunity to teach 5th grade math, science, reading, and social studies. I’m so excited to be teaching math and science again this year!
When I’m not in the classroom, I love spending time with family and friends, and I’m a BIG reader! I’m always looking for my next great book and can never resist adding another one to my collection.
I’m looking forward to an amazing year filled with learning, growth, and lots of fun!
