Welcome!
My name is Ashley Shed, and I am a 2nd grade ELAR teacher here at Channelview ISD. I grew up in Pasadena, Texas and graduated from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Education (EC–6) with a minor in Early Childhood.

This is my 7th year in Channelview ISD, and I am excited to help students grow as readers, writers, and thinkers. I believe learning should be engaging, hands-on, and full of opportunities for students to build confidence and feel successful.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my three daughters: Lana, Abby, and Olivia. We love reading books and doing crafts together as a family.

I look forward to a wonderful school year filled with growth, learning, and great memories.
