Hello dear students and parents,

This is Mr. Gonzalez. I am the Music Teacher at McMullan Elementary.
I am looking forward to this exciting new school year and be able to not just teach but also inspire all my students with music.

A little about me:

I was born and rased in Mexico. Moved to Houston when I was 11 years old/7th grade not knowing a single word of English. I was able to persue my education goals by graduating from high school back in 2007. Then I had the privilage to study Music Education at Houston Baptist University. During my college years I was able to travel to Europe and sing professionally at the Classical Music Festival, in Vienna Austria. Something I find interesting about my life is that I am currently the only musician in my entire family. I enjoy to sing and can sing and read different languages: English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Latin and Portuguese. I also play piano and enjoy writting my own songs.
