Welcome to New Horizons Physical Education! My name is Jamie Balke, known as Coach Balke. I am happy to be your student's P.E. Coach and I am looking forward to a great year!

This is my 16th year coaching and I love my job! I graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors in Kinesiology - Study of Sports Movement and from Lamar University with a Masters in Education. I am a life long learner who constantly enjoys problem solving and finding solutions. I most enjoy being a wife and mother and looking forward to all life has to offer!

This will be a great year in the gym here at New Horizons!
