My name is Elizabeth Keomanikhoth, but my students usually refer to me as Ms. K! This will be my fourth year teaching, but my first year teaching at New Horizons Fine Arts Magnet School at Crenshaw Elementary.
I graduated from Baylor University in 2019 with a Bachelor's of Science in Child and Family Studies. I then went on to get a Master's of Science in Child Development from Texas Woman's University (2020) and a Master's of Science in Medical Science from Baylor University (2025).
Outside of school and work, I love to craft, have game nights with my family, paint canvases and shoes, watch TV shows with my fiancé, solve escape rooms, travel, and read! I am a HUGE Cricut user and love making projects. Painting and reading helps me destress from my schoolwork. The biggest painting I have done to date was 5 feet tall and it was of Kobe Bryant!
I am so excited to be part of the Kindergarten team and I look forward to having a wonderful year with my students at this new campus!
