Hello!  My name is Tocha Moreno and I will be your 4th Grade RLA/Math/Science/SS teacher.  I graduated from the University of Houston, (GO COOGS!!!) and earned my  Bachelors of Science in Teaching and Learning.  This will be my 10th year teaching and I couldn't be more excited to meet my new students.  Now, a little bit about "me."  I moved to Houston right after I graduated from high school and attended San Jacinto college and earned an AA in business.  I did not find a passion for the business industry and soon realized that my passion was teaching children.  So, I changed my major over to education and I am excited to take what I have learned and bring it into the classroom.  I have learned so much over the course of my nine years of teaching and I know that this year will bring in just as much learning and new experiences as my last one. 

My philosophy is that I believe that every student is unique and deserves an equal opportunity to learn in a safe and nurturing environment.
