Substitute teachers play an important part in student success. They ensure students do not fall behind or miss a beat when their teacher is absent. Even if they are only in the classroom for a short time, substitute teachers make a big difference. They provide the necessary guidance to students when their teacher is unavailable. Substitute teachers also provide teachers with confidence that their students are left in good hands while they are away.
