Ms. Grethelia Samuel was honored at the Region 4 banquet as our Teacher of the Year for the 2025-2026 school year.

We are honored to have Ms. Samuel as an integral part of the Hamblen Elementary campus. Ms. Samuel is the head of our Special Education department, our lead mentor teacher, and a fantastic co-teacher in our 5th grade classes.

Ms. Samuel brings a love of learning and the drive to reach and teach ALL of our students to help them achieve and reach their fullest potential.
